e-ETP/e-STP SYSTEM OF WASTE WATER TREATMENT PROCESS
Remove organic color, suspended solids Helps in primary reduction of COD & BOD PRIMARY SCREENING SEDIMENTATION EQUALIZATION NEUTRALIZATION ELECTRO COGULATION MECHNICAL FLOCCULATION It is different from conventional treatment systems, which is called Electro Coagulation treatment followed by Electro Oxidation treatment (Secondary) system .
The purpose of the system is to remove coarse suspended matters such as rags, pieces of fabric, fibers, yarns . bar screens and mechanically cleaned fine screens remove most of the fibers Purpose: to remove coarse suspended matters such as rags, pieces of fabric, fibers, yarns . bar screens and mechanically cleaned fine screens remove most of the fibers 22 SCREENING
SEDIMENTATION The fine suspended matter passed through the screens can be removed efficiently and economically by sedimentation. This process is particularly useful for treatment of wastes containing high percentage of settable solids The natural sedimentation tanks are designed to enable smaller particles to settle under gravity. The sludge settling is very very less since the system is in built submersible cutter pump which convert all the particles making into 35 mm in size. The sludge is removed from the cloth bag filter, by manually into hoppers and shall be used the same as fertilizer.
Sedimentation is sometimes combined with equalization operation. The fine suspended matter passed through the screens can be removed efficiently and economically by sedimentation.
